Dip Into Bliss: Insight
July is the Month of STRENGTH. A time for us to dip into our inner selves and discover our own inner nature and strength. Our focus this first week was on insight, and exploring ways in which we can exercise BEing more insightful and BEing more aware of our inner nature. We need to find time for ourselves where we forget about the clutter and busyness of our daily lives. In doing, so we are allowing ourselves to just BE.
"You carry Mother Earth within you. She is not outside of you." - Thich Nhat Hanh
This saying by the great Vietnamese monk and Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh is so important to keep in mind as we live our every day lives. BEing still allows us to to uncover our own inner nature.
