It is the month of communication and this is the week of truth.
For this month of communication, I’ve been wearing some stones that we’ve created. We have a Rasa power stone and a Rasa mala with 108 freshwater pearls and sodalite. Every stone is connected to purpose and intention to help you manifest the alignment around that stone. The sodalite I’ve been wearing is connected to communication and the throat chakra, where your own voice resides to help you communicate your truth to yourself and to others.
The week that we’re celebrating is the week of truth, and I have a quote to share with you that goes along with this celebration:
“Three things can not be long hidden- the sun, the moon, and the truth” -Buddha
What does truth mean? Sometimes I think truth is the interpretation of something, what something is perceived to be. I often will say there’s different versions of the truth- someone else’s version, my version, and what really happened. So it depends on the lens and I also think the level of consciousness that you check something out of. I really think that’s something to think on- what does truth mean to you? For me, my truth is to make sure that I live in alignment to the highest, most vibrant living frequency that I can. The truth to me is when you say something, and every ounce of your being feels like yeah that’s good, that’s right to me, that’s what I want to do. Whether that’s telling a story, or meeting a friend at the time that you say you’re going to, or making sure your work gets done, or that your paper gets delivered- it’s all about just showing up for yourself, and making sure you live in resonance with that. That’s a great way to step into the river of truth.
